Sr Tan San Yew, the Founder and Managing Director of Laurelcap Group has steered the company's growth and expansion since its establishment in 2008, transforming it into a multi-disciplinary real estate consultancy with a growing presence across Malaysia. Under his stewardship, the Group has expanded its footprint into multiple offices across key regions in Peninsular and East Malaysia strengthening its service capabilities and establishing itself as a credible and increasingly prominent player within the real estate consultancy sector. He provides the Group's strategic vision, leadership and overall direction guiding its development across valuation, advisory, agency and property management services.

He holds a Bachelor Degree in Real Estate Management and a Diploma in Information Technology. He is a registered valuer and estate agent with the Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents and Property Managers Malaysia (BOVEAP), a fellow member of the Royal Institution of Surveyors Malaysia (RISM) and a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).

With extensive experience gained from international property consultancy and developer firms, he possesses broad expertise across the real estate value chain including property development, valuation, taxation, market research, project development, estate agency, corporate advisory and facilities management. His leadership is characterised by a market-driven and execution-focused approach enabling Laurelcap Group to scale its operations, enhance institutional credibility and deliver value-driven investment-oriented solutions to a diverse client base.

Sr Stanley Toh is the Executive Director of Laurelcap Group and a key pillar of the Group's leadership team, driving strategic execution, operational oversight and business expansion initiatives. He works closely with senior management to translate the Group's strategic vision into actionable outcomes ensuring consistency in service delivery and strengthening Laurelcap's market position.

He holds a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Estate Management from the University of Greenwich and brings extensive experience across property valuation, plant and machinery valuation, real estate agency, project management and feasibility studies contributing to both advisory and execution of complex real estate assignments.

He is a Registered Valuer, Estate Agent and Property Manager with the Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents and Property Managers Malaysia and is actively involved in professional bodies including the Royal Institution of Surveyors Malaysia (Divisional Treasurer, Property Surveying Division 2023/2024), Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, Association of Valuers, Property Managers, Estate Agents and Property Consultants in the Private Sector Malaysia and Malaysian Institute of Property and Facility Managers. He is also an International Certified Valuation Specialist (ICVS) and a member of the Business Valuation Association Malaysia enabling him to advise on corporate exercises, financial reporting and investment-driven assignments while contributing to Laurelcap Group's institutional growth and capability development.

Tang Tick Huar is a Director of Laurelcap Sdn. Bhd. with diversified experience across core segments of the real estate industry. He holds a Degree in Real Estate Management from the University of Malaya.

He possesses extensive experience in property development, valuation, taxation, market research, project development, estate agency and facilities management enabling him to deliver integrated and commercially grounded solutions across a wide range of real estate assignments.
