Sr Hansen Yeo is a Senior Director of Laurelcap (Sel) Sdn. Bhd. with extensive experience across valuation, estate agency, development management, research consultancy and project marketing. He holds a Degree in Estate Management and a Certificate in Real Estate Auction from the University of Malaya as well as an MBA (Finance) from Charles Sturt University, Australia.

He is a Registered Valuer, Estate Agent and Property Manager with the Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents and Property Managers Malaysia, a member of the Royal Institution of Surveyors Malaysia (RISM) and the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), a member of the Association of Valuers, Property Managers, Estate Agents and Property Consultants in the Private Sector Malaysia (PEPS) as well as a member of The International Institute of Marine Surveying (IIMS)(Commercial Ship Surveyor).

With broad-based professional experience, Sr Hansen has been involved in valuation assignments, estate agency transactions, research & development advisory and project marketing bringing a comprehensive and commercially driven approach to real estate consultancy and execution. He specializes in Plant, Machinery, Equipment & Infrastructure (PMEI), marine vessel, plantation & biological asset, and business & intangible asset valuations.

Bringing a strong background in valuation and real estate advisory, Sr Elbe Siew serves as a Director of Laurelcap (Selayang) Sdn. Bhd. Her experience spans multiple facets of the property sector including valuation, development and investment-related assignments.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts (Economics) from the University of Malaya and a Diploma in Valuation, Estate Agency & Property Management from the Royal Institution of Surveyors Malaysia. She is also a Registered Valuer, Estate Agent and Property Manager with the Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents and Property Managers Malaysia.

Her professional experience includes property valuation, development and investment advisory, compulsory land acquisition and compensation, civil litigation-related valuation and estate agency demonstrating a well-rounded and practical approach to real estate consultancy.

Sr Suraiya Salleh is a Director of Laurelcap Sdn. Bhd., Seremban Branch with over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry specialising in valuation surveying, compulsory land acquisition, market research and feasibility studies. She holds a Bachelor of Estate Management (Hons) from the Universiti Teknologi MARA.

She is a Registered Valuer, Estate Agent, and Property Manager with the Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents and Property Managers Malaysia and a member of the Royal Institution of Surveyors Malaysia. Prior to joining Laurelcap, she gained extensive experience with international valuation firms contributing to a broad and practical understanding of the real estate sector.

Throughout her career, she has been involved in valuation assignments for public listed companies supporting various corporate exercises and advisory engagements demonstrating strong capability in handling institutional and regulatory-driven valuation work.

Ivan Lim is the head of valuation of Laurelcap (Sabah) Sdn. Bhd. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Estate Management (Honors) from the University of Malaya and is a licensed Valuer, Estate Agent and Property Manager with the Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents & Property Managers Malaysia.

Bringing over 20 years of experience in the Malaysian real estate industry, Ivan has extensive expertise across multiple disciplines, particularly in valuation, corporate advisory, and finance-related matters. His deep professional background provides a strong foundation for guiding the company's strategic direction and continuous growth.

With over two decades of industry experience, Alexander Lee serves as Director of Laurelcap (Sabah) Sdn. Bhd. playing a key role in driving the Group's growth and operations in East Malaysia. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Estate Management from the University of Greenwich.

Since entering the real estate industry in 1998, he has built extensive expertise across valuation, project marketing, estate agency, development consultancy and corporate advisory with a strong focus on the Malaysian market. His broad-based experience enables him to provide strategic insight and practical solutions across a wide range of real estate assignments.

Leveraging his industry knowledge and commercial acumen, he contributes to strengthening Laurelcap's market presence and expanding its regional capabilities supporting the Group's long-term growth strategy.

Alan Ee is an Associate Director at Laurelcap (JB) Sdn. Bhd. with over 10 years of experience in the property industry. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate Studies from the Sheffield Hallam University.

He has professional experience in property valuation and advisory including providing indicative valuations and strategic input to management and investors across diverse sectors. His exposure extends to corporate real estate assignments where he has been involved in valuation-related matters for public listed companies.

Alan brings a commercial and market-oriented perspective, supporting business development initiatives and contributing to investment-focused real estate advisory.

With extensive regional exposure and strong transactional experience, Christopher Teng is an Associate Director of Laurelcap Group overseeing the Group's estate agency, project marketing and tenancy management functions. He began his real estate career in 2000 with leading international real estate consultancy firms building a solid foundation across multiple segments of the industry.

He has significant experience in sales and marketing, corporate leasing and tenant representation and has served a range of Fortune Global 500 companies in Malaysia demonstrating capability in handling corporate-level real estate requirements.

Christopher's experience extends beyond Malaysia having been actively involved in marketing and promoting international properties as well as expanding sales and marketing activities into Hong Kong, China, Taiwan and Australia contributing to Laurelcap's growing regional presence.

He is also a Registered Property Manager with the Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents and Property Managers Malaysia reflecting his adherence to professional standards and regulatory compliance.

Derrick Lau is an Associate Director at Laurelcap Sdn. Bhd. bringing over 25 years of experience in property valuation across a wide range of asset classes. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Estate Management from the University of Malaya.

He has extensive expertise in the valuation of commercial and investment-grade properties including office buildings, shopping malls, hotels, township developments and plantations. His experience spans complex assignments for corporate and regulatory purposes including submissions to the Securities Commission Malaysia, Bursa Malaysia, Hong Kong Stock Exchange, and Singapore Exchange.

Throughout his career, Derrick has been involved in valuations for acquisitions and disposals, initial public offerings (IPO), reverse takeovers (RTO), financial reporting, taxation, insurance, compulsory land acquisition and property auctions demonstrating strong capability in handling high-value institutional-grade assignments.

Adam Chew Bin Abdullah is the Head of Branch of Laurelcap Sdn. Bhd., Penang Branch overseeing valuation and consultancy assignments within the northern region of Malaysia. He holds a Bachelor of Surveying (Property Management) from the Universiti Teknologi Malaysia and is a member of the Royal Institution of Surveyors Malaysia.

He began his career in the real estate industry in 1994 as a Valuation Executive, gaining extensive experience across multiple valuation firms prior to joining Laurelcap. He is a Registered Valuer with the Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents and Property Managers Malaysia since 2012. With over two decades of industry experience, Adam has developed strong expertise in the valuation of diverse property classes, supported by a practical and market-oriented approach to real estate consultancy and advisory.

Bryan Ngai is the Vice President at Laurelcap Sdn. Bhd., Penang Branch supporting valuation and advisory engagements as well as corporate business development initiatives. He holds a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Real Estate Management & Development from the Imperia Institute of Technology and is a member of the Royal Institution of Surveyors Malaysia.

He has professional experience in property valuation across a broad spectrum of asset classes including commercial properties such as shopping malls and hotels as well as residential, industrial and development land assets. He has also been involved in supporting valuation-related corporate exercises for public listed companies providing analytical input and market-based insights.

Loh Chu Lin is the Associate Director of Laurelcap Sdn. Bhd., Penang Branch with extensive experience in estate agency, auction and project marketing across Malaysia. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Real Estate Management from the University of Malaya.

He is a Registered Estate Agent with the Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents and Property Managers Malaysia and a licensed auctioneer in Penang where he regularly conducts auctions for the High Court and Land Office.

Since commencing his career in 2000, Loh has been actively involved in sub-sales, auction sales and project marketing with notable experience in promoting and marketing international properties within Malaysia. He brings a strong market-driven approach and execution capability in sales and transactional real estate.

With a strong technical foundation and extensive operational experience, Jerry Lee serves as Director and Head of Property Management at Laurelcap Property Management (Sel) Sdn. Bhd. where he oversees the Group's property management division and drives service delivery, operational strategy, and client advisory.

He is a Registered Property Manager with the Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents and Property Managers Malaysia and holds a Bachelor of Electrical Power Engineering (Honours) from the Universiti Tenaga Nasional. His engineering background provides a strong technical advantage in managing and maintaining residential, commercial, and industrial properties particularly in areas relating to building systems and infrastructure.

Jerry provides strategic guidance and practical solutions to ensure operational efficiency and competitiveness while also acting as a consultant and property manager to developers, Joint Management Bodies (JMBs) and Management Corporations (MCs). His combined technical and management expertise enables a structured and performance-driven approach to property asset management.

Ho Hon Chiap is an Associate Director at Laurelcap Property Management (Sel) Sdn. Bhd. and a Registered Property Manager with the Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents and Property Managers Malaysia. He holds a Master's Degree in Property Asset Management from Sheffield Hallam University and a Diploma in Building from Tunku Abdul Rahman College.

He has extensive experience in the management of stratified and non-stratified residential and commercial properties with a strong track record in overseeing completed developments. He has also developed and implemented comprehensive SOPs and operational frameworks for property management and security functions for real estate developers.

Mr. Ho is well-versed in strata management legislation, compliance requirements and day-to-day property operations bringing a structured and governance-driven approach to property asset management and maintenance.

Teo Swee Ann is an Associate Director at Laurelcap Property Management (Sel) Sdn. Bhd. and a Registered Property Manager with the Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents and Property Managers Malaysia. He brings extensive experience in property management and customer service operations with a strong track record in managing both stratified and non-stratified developments.

He has held senior leadership roles as General Manager and Head of Department for established developers including Emkay Group Berhad, Country Heights Holdings Berhad, Setia Awan Land Sdn Bhd and Mah Sing Group Berhad where he led property management and customer service functions.

Mr. Teo has successfully overseen the handover and management of completed residential and commercial developments serving more than 15,000 homeowners and business owners, demonstrating strong execution capability in large-scale property operations and stakeholder management.

Kenneth Wong is the Associate Director of Laurelcap Property Management (Sel) Sdn. Bhd. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance from the University of Western Australia and is registered as an Estate Agent and Property Manager with the Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents and Property Managers Malaysia.

Kenneth began his real estate agency career in 1997. He has extensive experience in the rental and sale of high-end condominiums, working with foreign investors and leading property developers. In 2000, he expanded into property management and has since worked with a range of notable industry players. His areas of expertise include managing vacant possession stages and advising developers on the Strata Management Act 757. Notable developers he has had the privilege to handle include Exsim Development Sdn Bhd, Binastra Land Sdn Bhd and Sunsuria Berhad.

Kenneth has been involved with properties recognised in The Edge Malaysia Best Managed & Sustainable Property Awards in 2024 and 2025. His broad experience enables him to help improve building performance and management outcomes.
