• Career application — your name, email address, phone number, preferred location(s), and optionally your LinkedIn/portfolio link and cover letter.
• E-Invoice details — your name, entity type, company name, tax identification number (TIN), identification type and number, SST number (if any), MSIC code, business activity, contact person and designation, address, email, and phone number.
• Technical data — standard log and analytics data (e.g. IP address, browser type, pages viewed) collected via our hosting provider and Google Analytics.

3. Why we use your data

We process your personal data to:

• respond to your enquiries and provide the services you request;
• assess and process your job application;
• administer LHDN e-invoicing compliance and professional valuation administration;
• operate, secure, and improve our website; and
• comply with our legal and regulatory obligations.

We may disclose it within the Laurelcap Group of Companies, and to trusted service providers who process data on our behalf (for example our website hosting and email infrastructure provider, Cloudflare, Inc.), and to government authorities such as the Inland Revenue Board (LHDN) where required for e-invoicing or by law.
